What personal data do we collect and process and what do we use it for?
If you are ordinary user of our site (without registration) we do not collect any data from you, nor even the IP address.
When registering on our site you are required to enter an email address, user name and password, and in some future cases your name and phone number. Also we store IP address from which you registered.
Username and password are not personal data. But email address and IP are. So we collect and store them.
We use email to send verification email, to reset password and for some other notifications that you signed for. We do not use email address to send unwanted messages or for any other purposes such as marketing or targeting.
We use IP address for our own security and protection to know what happens when and from which IP address. With other words if some attack happen we will use stored IP addresses to investigate and possible to prevent future attacks.
We do not share email address or IP address with third parties.
Some of the data, which you make available to us, may be used in order to respond to information requests from national regulators (CCP, CPDP) in connection with complaints or other proceedings brought before these authorities, or to provide to other State authorities or law enforcement agencies for the purposes of administrative controls, security controls, prevention and detection of offences and crimes.
We will process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. for identification of clients pursuant to the Law on the Measures Against Money Laundering, for compliance with accounting requirements pursuant to the Accounting Act, VATA, CITA, etc.);
In case of minors and special categories of data
We do not collect data about children (under 18 years of age) and we do not process special categories of data or profiles for them. If you are below the age limit, please do not use our services or provide us with any personal data. If you are a parent of a child under the age limit and are aware that your child has provided personal data, please contact us at the addresses given. If we find that we have unwittingly or by mistake collected the personal data of children, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data.
To whom do we provide your data?
The data that we collect and store when using our website is not provided to any other person or company.
We may provide information that we store if access, use, preservation or disclosure is lawfully required by government bodies or officials authorized by law to require and collect information containing personal data and in compliance with a statutory, or when submitted to competent authorities in order to protect our or other consumers legal interest in case of a legal dispute.
How long do we store personal data?
Your personal data provided during registration on the website, will be kept and processed for the duration of the registration, until you request deregistration and deletion of your account.
We will not save your data for longer than it is necessary to fulfil the purpose they are being processed for. To determine the appropriate period your personal data is saved, we consider the volume, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which we process them and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.
We must also consider periods for which we might need to retain your personal data in order to meet our legal obligations (e.g. to protect our legal rights in the event of a legal suit being filed against us or to fulfil our legal obligation to keep accounting records for purposes of statutory tax audits).
Your personal information submitted through any of our contact forms, including in the event of non-completed website registration, will be kept for a period of 6 months for security purposes and for easier subsequent communication with the customer, unless there are grounds for storage for a longer period.
When you have consented to use your personal data for marketing purposes, we will keep and process such personal data until you withdraw your consent.
When we have no longer legal grounds to keep your personal data we will securely delete it.
How do we ensure the security of your personal information?
The data is processed and stored in our own virtual servers located in the data centers of our suppliers. We guarantee the security of personal data by applying appropriate technical and organizational measures while respecting available standards and using up-to-date versions of point-to-point encryption protocols, secure backup of at least two physical locations and regulated access to the premises where personal data are stored electronic and paper data. We are testing the sustainability of the entire system every three months with the help of experts who monitor new-generation risk and issue prescriptions for control.
For example user table is on separate encrypted Database different from that where we store matches, tips, etc. Password is hashed so we do not your password and we compare only hashed passwords.
Your rights as a data subject
By law you can ask us what information we have about you and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
We can provide you with a copy of all information related to your personal data in a machine-readable form so that you can transfer it without difficulty to another company.
If we process your personal data collected and processed with your explicit and registered consent or legitimate interest, you may request that your data be deleted, withdrawn or opposed to our legitimate interest in processing.
You may wish to stop using your data for a certain period of time if you feel we are not doing so legally.
To file a request regarding your personal information, please use the contact information listed above in the "Who are we" section of this policy. We will assist you at every stage in exercising your rights as a data subject in the shortest possible time, no longer than thirty calendar days.
By our decision, we give or deny access to the information requested by the applicant, but always motivate our response. If you are not satisfied with our response and all other means of finding a solution have been exhausted, you have the right to file a complaint before the competent national data protection supervisor in the country where you live, in the country where your workplace is as well as in the country where you consider your rights violated.
